Terms of Service

Effective September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of Recovery Coaching, Family Support, training, and related services provided by Life Worth Living Recovery (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or using services, the client and any person or organization paying for services agree to these Terms and any applicable written service agreement.

1. Services

Service schedules, fees, included support, and availability are described in the applicable proposal, enrollment materials, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement. Recovery Coaching and Family Support are nonclinical services. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide therapy or medical care, and our services are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency service.

2. Fees and recurring billing

The fee and billing frequency are disclosed before enrollment. If a recurring plan is selected, the client or payer authorizes Life Worth Living Recovery and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the selected payment method at the disclosed interval until services are discontinued under Section 3.

Clients and payers are responsible for keeping their billing and contact information current. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the charge and send payment-related notices. Services may be paused for an overdue balance, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

3. Discontinuing services — 10 days’ notice

A client or payer who wants to discontinue services must notify Life Worth Living Recovery at least 10 calendar days before the next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge.

A cancellation request may be submitted by:

  • Email to zachary@lifeworthlivingrecovery.com
  • Call or text to (914) 474-7517

The request should identify the client and, when applicable, the payer. Do not include sensitive health or recovery information in the request.

If notice is received at least 10 calendar days before the next billing date, services will end at the close of the current paid billing period, and the next recurring charge will not occur. If notice is received fewer than 10 calendar days before the next billing date, the next charge may still occur, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing period.

We will confirm when a cancellation request has been processed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law or a separate signed agreement provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, fees already charged are nonrefundable. Any approved refund will be returned through the original payment method when practicable.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe and its financial partners. Life Worth Living Recovery generally does not receive or store a client’s complete payment-card number. Use of Stripe-hosted payment pages may also be governed by Stripe’s terms and privacy notices.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients and payers agree to provide accurate enrollment and billing information, use the services lawfully, and comply with reasonable service and safety expectations communicated by Life Worth Living Recovery. We may pause or end services for nonpayment, unsafe conduct, or a material breach of these Terms or a separate agreement, subject to applicable law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. No guaranteed outcome

Recovery Coaching and related services do not guarantee a particular personal, clinical, employment, legal, or financial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Other agreements and changes

These Terms supplement any separately signed service agreement. If a signed agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date and providing any additional notice required by law.
